How to reheat our food!
Our dishes are frozen once cooled, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep frozen for optimal freshness.
It is advisable to consume dishes within the safe freezer storage period of up to three months.
For the dry food dishes, you can also reheat the required amount while keeping the rest of the cup frozen.
The dishes can be reheated using the Stovetop, Steamer or Microwave.

Just transfer the food into a small pan or pot. Reheat until it's hot throughout, remembering to stir occasionally.

Steamer
For finger foods and dishes, you can place them in a steamer until thoroughly warmed.

Microwave
Place the food into a microwave-safe bowl and reheat for 2-3 minutes on a medium/medium-high setting.
To prevent the food from drying out, it's recommended to start on the lower setting initially.

Absolutely! Although we typically don't create pureed meals, our Infant range is carefully designed to be safe for babies as young as 6 months to gum and handle, unless indicated otherwise.
Our meals are promptly sealed and frozen after cooling, and they will be delivered to your doorstep while still frozen.
Therefore, please ensure that there is someone available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day.
Our dishes are most enjoyable when consumed within one month from the date of receipt, and they can be safely stored in the freezer for up to two months.
Since our meals are entirely preservative-free, we strongly advise consuming them as promptly as possible for the best quality.
