Q: If my pet likes a toy, can I have it re-sent again? A: Assuming that the toy you request is in stock, we could replace your next month’s toy with your requested toy. There is no extra charge associated with this.
Q: Can I change my dog’s preferred toy type in the middle of my membership subscription? A: YES! If you feel that your pet would rather prefer another type of toy, just use our CONTACT US page to submit the information and we will be happy to accommodate your needs for the next mailing.
Q: For multiple subscriptions, will the toys be mailed separately?
A: No. All toys on one account will be mailed together, so none of your pets feel left out.
Q: If I sign up multiple pets, will they all receive the same toy?
A: No. Each pet will have a unique questionnaire and the toys will be tailored appropriately.
Q: What if I don’t see my credit? A: If your credit does not appear within one billing cycle of your credit card statement, please contact us and we will be happy to issue a credit for the discount.
Q: What discount do I get for signing up multiple pets? A: We offer a 10% discount off of your entire order if you sign up more than one pet in a single transaction. The discount would appear as a credit to your credit card after the transaction is processed. The total in the cart will still be the full amount of the multiple orders.
Q: What if I have more than one pet?
A: If you have more than one pet, you surely need to satisfy each of them. We make it easy to sign up for multiple subscriptions, and offer a discount for each additional pet signed up.
Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping is FREE. You only pay for the membership.
Q: When do the toys get mailed and received? A: The toys are mailed on the first of each month, ensuring that you receive them by the 5th day of each month.
